700 g pike perch fillet

200 g stale wheat bread

1 orange

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

black pepper

salt

Chop the bread grater, on a preheated oil pan, put the chopped garlic and orange zest.

Fish fillets with pepper and salt, put in pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs, drizzle wrung out of orange juice, bake everything in the oven for half an hour.

Served Sudak "Spanish" with a side dish of potatoes, garnished with fresh herbs.

Such a beautiful and delicious dish can be served at the Christmas table as the first.
