Eggs with chicken Benedict
70 g butter

2 egg yolk
2 eggs
2 slice white bread
1/2 boiled chicken breast
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pour into a saucepan of water to the 2.5-3 cm, to bring it to the boil, pour 1-2 drops of vinegar, to minimize the fire.
In a bowl gently break an egg without breaking the yolk, pour it in the water, boil 1 minute, turn off heat, leave on for 10 min in water.
So prepare all your eggs.
For the sauce, melt the butter, bringing it almost to a boil, the egg yolks and mix with lemon juice, put in a water bath, while beating with a mixer or whisk, pour in the oil, whisking until lightness, fluffy mass.
Thin strips cut chicken breast, salt and pepper.
Apply a thin layer of butter the slices of bread, put the chicken gently with a slotted spoon to get the egg out of the water, put it on the chicken, gently pierce the egg so that the yolk will run out.
Drizzle eggs with chicken Benedict warm sauce and immediately submit to Breakfast.
