"Nests" of potatoes with egg

2-3 tbsp. mashed potatoes

1 quail egg or chicken little

1 tsp. grated cheese

1 a pinch of green

butter

Grease the tins with butter, put in a nest of mashed potatoes in the center making a dent.

To drive into a hollow egg, sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

Baked "Nests" of potatoes with egg 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
