Quick pizza Latin
900 g flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
450 ml water
450 g fresh tomatoes
300 g mozzarella cheese or other
85 g olive oil
30 g capers
30 g yeast
20 g sugar
10 g salt
4 anchovy
Basil
Combine flour and water, knead the dough, add the yeast (dissolved in water in ratio 1:1), continue to knead, adding salt, kneading the dough until smooth and elastic structure, divided into small balls (6 pieces), to leave until the dough will not rise.
Roll out each ball circle, brush each circle with a mixture of grated tomato with salt, Basil and pepper and top with the crumbled cheese, drizzle with oil.
To put on top of the capers and anchovies, baked quick pizza and Latin in a preheated 220 degree oven until Golden brown.
