Carrot burgers
2-3 carrots
1 yolk
3 Art. l. semolina
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
1 h. l. butter
salt
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, lightly fry in oil, add a little water, simmer until tender when carrot softens, add semolina, simmer until smooth, stirring constantly.
Post a carrot weight cool to drive a yolk, salt, formed into patties, breaded them in bread crumbs, bake 5-10 minutes.
Such carrot patties serve with sour cream.
