280 ml water

100 g millet

? carrots

? eggs

2 tbsp. bread crumbs

1 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. ghee



1 tsp. sugar

salt

For the preparation of sweet milk sauce:

500 g milk

500 g water

55 g wheat flour

55 g butter

1 tsp. sugar

4 tbsp. sugar

? tsp. vanilla sugar

Preparation of sauce: fry flour in butter, add the hot milk, add hot water, cook at low boil for 7 minutes, add salt, 1 tsp. sugar, bring to boil, let cool slightly, then add 4 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar, stir.

Chop carrot, fry it in vegetable oil, wipe.

Cook thick viscous porridge, combine it with carrot puree, let cool slightly, add the egg, stir.

Divide the mass into patties, breaded in bread crumbs and fry the patties until Golden brown in butter.

Served millet patties with carrots with a sweet milk sauce.
