Pie "Krupnik"
100 g low-fat cottage cheese
1,5 glass milk
1 egg
? glass buckwheat
3 tbsp. sour cream with slide
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter melted
breadcrumbs
Buckwheat wash.
Milk pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, put the milk, reduce the heat, cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat.
Curds through a sieve, add to cooked in milk porridge, add sour cream, egg and sugar, stir thoroughly.
The baking pan greased with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put the cooked mass.
Stir in 1 tbsp. of sour cream and melted butter, to grease Krupnik top.
To prepare pie "Krupnik in a preheated 200 degree oven for about half an hour.
Before serving, drizzle the cake with sour cream.
