The Polish borscht
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
1 kg pork or ham
1 PCs . roots
400 g some spice and sour cream
The broth is cooked beef in half with pork or ham, with the addition of herbs, spices. When all is well boiled down, add all the sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and crushed pepper.
This soup is served separately steep buckwheat porridge with sour cream and cheesecake, Krupnik or cake of any cereals.
