Pizza with ham
What you need:
200 g gt;flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
10 g yeast
100 g water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
200 g ham
200 g vegetable broth
100 g green onion chopped
300 g sour cream fat
100 g cheese grated
5-6 PCs the small tomatoes
2 dill twigs
pepper
Knead the dough sponge method, let go, again knead. Roll out to a thickness of 5 mm
Dill chop and boil in vegetable broth. Mix onion, sour cream and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes in half, ham cut into cubes.
Brush the dough with sour cream mixture, sprinkle with ham, top, put the tomatoes and dill.
Bake the pizza in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
