The vegetable soup
Ingredients:
200 g sauerkraut
1 PCs the cucumber
50 g marinated mushrooms
1 PCs carrots
1 onion - head
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. tomato puree
1 tsp. sugar
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Cabbage stew with butter. Add julienne cucumber, mushrooms, carrots, onions, season with sugar, salt, pepper, enter the tomato puree and cook the vegetables with mushrooms until tender.
Before serving the soup decorate with olives and capers.
