Cake "in haste"
500 g cottage cheese
500 g cookies
120 g butter

40 g dried apricots
2 glass milk

2 h. l. vanilla sugar
To prepare the glaze:
1 Art. l. butter
1 Art. l. sugar
Soak apricots in hot water to make it swollen, drain, rinse apricots.
Rub the cottage cheese with sugar and butter, divided into 2 parts weight, add one coconut in another dried apricots, cut into strips.
Share on baking biscuits soaked in milk, cottage cheese, alternating layers, the last layer of pastry making.
Combine 1 tablespoon water with sugar, boil down until thick with constant stirring, remove from heat, add butter and mix.
Grease the cake frosting and sprinkle with coconut shavings, cool cake "Hastily" before feeding for at least 2 hours.
