Fruit pizza with honey
400 g flour
250 ml water
80 ml vegetable oil
12 g fresh yeast
1 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp salt
For the filling:
2 apple
1 pear
1/2 orange
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons honey
Preparation of the dough: add sugar and salt, vegetable oil in hot water, bring to a boil, let cool until warm to the touch.
Pour the yeast, dissolve carefully, gradually add the flour with a spatula to knead a soft dough like thick cream consistency, put in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave for 1-1.5 hours for proofing.
Cut the apples in half, remove seeds, cut into thin plastics, in the same way sliced orange and pear (with orange zest previously removed).
Shots paper baking pan, grease it with oil, put cooked dough, moisten your hands in the water and smooth - thick layer should get no more than 1-1.5 cm.
Share on dough fruit (in a circle), sprinkle them with sugar.
Next fruit pizza with honey baked in a preheated 180 degrees 35-40 minutes before serving smeared with melted honey.
