Jam orange zest
Ingredients:
1 kg oranges
1.5 kg sugar
2 glass water
Obmytye oranges cut in half lengthwise and separating crusts, cut each half into thin slices and remove the seeds, which would otherwise give jam bitterness. Prepare the syrup, which put the slices of orange, and boil 1.5 - 2 hours on low heat, preventing a strong boil.
