Jam made from carrots, lemons and buds calendula
Ingredients:
1 kg carrot
2 pcs. lemons
10 pcs. calendula (flowers)
1 kg sugar
0.5 l water
Carrot Wash, peel, cut into cubes, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Finely chopped lemons add water, add marigold buds and boil 5 minutes. Put there too blanched carrots, sugar and simmer until tender. Hot jam pour into sterile jars and roll.
