Blackcurrant jam
Ingredients:
1 kg blackberry
1.5 kg sugar
4 glass water
Berries sort, wash, blanch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, drain the water and use for cooking syrup. In the boiling syrup omit the berries, cook 3-4 hours for 5-7 minutes, counting from the moment of boiling. Time left standing between the cooks - 6-8 hours.
