Ingredients:

1.5 kg sugar

1 kg apples (sour)



1 the juice of a lemon

1 kg BlackBerry

6 tbsp. liqueur of blackberries

20 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

1/2 tsp. cardamom

Sugar warm in the oven. Apples and 300 ml of water bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes p until soft. Pour the lemon juice and put the BlackBerry. Again bring to a boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes, until the berries begin to seethe. Stir in jam, warmed sugar and cook, stirring until it dissolves. Turn up the heat and boil the jam for another 10 minutes. Pour the liquor, add the cardamom and remove from heat.

Remove the test readiness p on a cold saucer, pour a teaspoon of jam, let cool, and swipe in the middle of a spoon or your finger in the groove. If the edges of the grooves will seal p jam too liquid and not ready, boil it for 3 more minutes. Remove the pan from heat, add butter and stir. Remove the foam and let cool slightly.

Pour in hot sterilized in the oven banks. On top of the jam into each jar put a circle of waxed paper. Banks close and store in a cool place.
