Quince-ginger jam
Ingredients:
1 glass ginger (fresh, peeled, diced)
2 glass sugar
2 glass water
2 glass quince (peeled, diced)
Put in a pot of quince, sugar and add the water. Stir up until the sugar has dissolved. Put on fire, bring to the boil and cook until the quince will not be softened. Wipe quince through a sieve into another saucepan, add the ginger and cook until the jam condition.
