Meat stewed with quince
400 g meat (flesh)
400 g quince
1 onions
2 Art. l. oils
Meat (sirloin, rump, rump) to repel, cut into small pieces (at the rate of 3-4 pieces per serving), put in a low pan and fry in hot oil. Thereafter, fried meat pour hot water so that it only covered him, and simmer for about 1 hour.
Quince clean then peel and core, cut into slices, put in a pan with the meat, add the fried onions, salt, pepper and continue to simmer until the meat is fully cooked.
Before serving the meat with quince pass on a warmed platter and sprinkle with parsley.
