Rump steak with mushrooms
500 g beef
salt
50 g lard
150 g mushrooms and other fungi
lemon juice
30 g butter

250 g sour cream

Meat cut into serving pieces, beat off, salt, even the edges and fry on both sides in melted butter. Top up with a little water and simmer. Cleaned mushrooms cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and simmer in butter. Cooked meat removed from the broth, flour and fry meat juice, formed when frying. Then add a little water, sour cream, mix well and warm. Add mushrooms, simmer them in the sauce, sprinkle with parsley.
