Homemade dumplings recipe with photo

Ingredients:
For the stuffing:
- 1 kg pork
- 1 kg veal

For the dough:
- 1 kg flour
- 5 PCs eggs
- salt to taste
For the sauce:
- butter
- black pepper
- vinegar
Method of preparation:
Make the stuffing:
Meat and onion twist.
Connect them in a bowl, season with spices, add some water and mix.
Make the dough:

Form the dumplings:

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

Cover the second layer of dough.

Prepare the sauce:
This sauce I came up with myself, when one day, boiled dumplings and sour cream was not at home.

Add black pepper.
Then the vinegar.
