Chinese dumplings Wonton

So today our family kitchen is such a thing we have been doing, and prepared fragrant, juicy, delicious and nutritious Chinese Wonton Dumplings. You may ask, how do they differ from ordinary Russian? The answer is very simple - everything!
Ingredients:
- For the stuffing:
- 400 g chicken
- 3 stem green onions
- quarter beam parsley
- 1 small sweet pepper
- 1 Art. l. soy sauce
- 1 Art. l. sesame oil
- 1 egg
- For the dough:
- 300 g wheat flour
- 150-170 ml water
- salt
- starch
Method of preparation:
The first thing to knead the dough. Sift flour, add a pinch of salt, pour 75 ml of hot water. Add another 75 ml of cold water and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Knead the dough. It should be soft, but quite dense.
For meat, the meat very finely chop or mince. Green onions and parsley and minced. Pepper cut into very small cubes. Add the egg, soy sauce and a tablespoon of sesame oil. All mix thoroughly.
Divide dough into 2 parts, roll out its very thin. Damp kitchen towel and squeeze very much. It lay circles, extruded dough.
At mid-circles put a little stuffing.
Edges of the dough slightly and pull zaschipyvaem.
Free edges and connect, forming similarity boat.
Such manipulations are carried out until the end of the dough and stuffing. On this amount, we get 6 servings, at the rate of 6 per person Wonton.
Cooking dumplings on a steam bath or in a double boiler about 8-10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
