1-2 eggs

Heat the milk, add butter, bring to a boil, add salt and pepper, add the nutmeg, then semolina, cook a thick porridge, remove it from the heat.

Add to mush previously beaten eggs, half the grated cheese, allow to cool.

Molded from cereal cake round or square shape, brush them with oil, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven.

Served semolina Italian "a la Romana Gnotstsi" with green salad and tomato sauce.
