Pie "Pasted" with mushrooms
600 g canned mushrooms
200 g kefir
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
10 g baking powder
4 eggs
8 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt
Chop the mushrooms and fry in a pan until complete evaporation of the water.
In a separate container combine the eggs with the buttermilk, whisk, then add the mayonnaise, baking powder, flour, salt, stir.
The baking pan greased with margarine and sprinkle with flour.
Pour in the shape of half cooked dough.
Put on the dough mushrooms, cover with remaining dough.
Prepared pie "Pasted" with mushrooms: put in cold oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes
