Pie "Flavored" with lamb
For the dough:
125 g wheat flour

125 g butter
3-4 tbsp. water

To prepare the filling:
500 g apples
500 g the pulp of boiled mutton
30 g butter
1 tbsp. sugar
? tsp. grated nutmeg

Combine flour, salt, stir, add the chopped butter, chop the dough with a knife into small crumbs, water pour gradually, knead elastic dough to shape a ball, wrap it with cling film, put it in a half hour in the cold.
Finely chop the boiled mutton and peeled peeled apples.
Put the apples and meat layers in a deep ceramic dish, sprinkling them with berries, currants and spices, butter cut into pieces and put on top.
Knead the dough with hands, roll out, the diameter of the dish, put the dough on top of the filling, pressing edges to the dish, make, make a few cuts in the form of any of the figures.
