Kebab "in the Indian"
600 g mutton flesh
200 g yogurt or yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
100 g vegetable oil
100 g boiled beets
4 eggs
3 clove bud
2 onions
1 Art. l. coriander
? h. l. cardamom
1/3 h. l. on. cinnamon and ginger powder
? h. l. curry powder
salt
Curdled connect with salt and ginger.
Cut the meat into cubes of 2-3 cm, pour the marinade and leave for 3-4 hours.
Lamb and fry finely chopped onion half the oil, sprinkle with coriander, add 0.5 cups of water, simmer until almost complete evaporation of liquid over low heat. Add the remaining spices (curry without) and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Second onion finely chopped, strung on skewers with meat, boiled eggs and sliced beets.
Drizzle barbecue oil, sprinkle with curry when it is drained.
Fry "in the Indian" until cooked over hot coals.
