Kim Matar (Indian-stuffing with peas)
400 g minced beef
250 ml water
100 g green frozen peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
100 g chopped onion
62 g vegetable oil
12 g minced fresh ginger
1 clove of garlic
? lemon (juice)
4 h. l. coriander
4 h. l. curry paste
Beef fry in oil until golden brown, add garlic and onion, saute for another 5 minutes, add the curry paste, ginger, cook for 8 minutes, add 1 tablespoon water.
Pour the rest of the water, add the peas, lemon juice and coriander.
Stew minced Kim Matar for 20 minutes on low heat.
