Children's pudding "wood elf"
250 g wheat bread without crust
100 g raisins or berries
3-4 eggs
1,5 glass milk
2-3 tbsp. sugar
Soak the bread in milk for half an hour, knead it, completely chop, add eggs, raisins and sugar, stir.
Molds for baking, sprinkle the crackers, put them in the mixture, bake until tender.
Sprinkle pudding "wood elf" with powdered sugar or drizzle with jam or syrup before serving.
