Baked apples with sugar powder

300 g apples

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. powdered sugar

The skin of apples is not cleanable. Remove only the core, and the resulting space filled with sugar. Put the apples on a baking sheet, sprinkle with water and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the apples with powdered sugar.
