The vegetable garnish with apples
1 PCs tomato
2 PCs apples
2 onion - head
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 sugar - a pinch
curry powder - to taste
salt - to taste
Apples, removing the peel and core, cut into slices, put in a greased form, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 10 minutes at 180 �C.
Onion cut into half rings, fry on the part of the oil until Golden brown, sprinkle with curry.
Tomato cut into slices, lightly fry in the remaining oil.
When serving dish place the baked apples, roasted tomatoes and onions. Decorate with greens.
