Neapolitan Pizza
Required Products:
For the dough:
200 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 Art. l. vegetable fat
1/2 glass warm milk
15 g yeast
salt
For the filling:
200 g cheese
500 g tomatoes
5 pcs. sausages
1-2 Art. l. vegetable fat
salt, ground pepper
Knead yeast dough, leave for an hour to come, stir again, put in shape.
The dough is greased with oil, sprinkle with grated cheese, put the top layer of tomatoes, peeled and cut into large slices.
Sausages cut lengthwise and put in a grid on top, add salt, pepper, drizzle with remaining oil.
Bake pizza in the oven for 20-30 minutes on medium heat.
