Tajine with chicken
1 garlic clove, crushed
l 1 h motogo ginger, paprika and cumin
l 1/2 h motogo saffron and drobnich dried chii
1.4 kg chicken weight , divided into 8 pieces
l 3 Jivkova Masa
2 bulbs
1 cut into pieces cinnamon stick
40 g ground almonds
700 ml vegetable or chicken broth
4 quarters marinated lemon - you just peel, cut into strips
l 2 Simonova juice
125 g green or purple olives
l 2 article Portanova coriander (cilantro) AI parsley
1. Mix the garlic and spices. RUB the mixture to the chicken pieces and leave for 30 minutes - or longer if you have time.
2. Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces on all sides. Put on a plate. Add to the pan the onion and cinnamon stick and fry for 5 minutes until soft. Add the ground almonds and pour the broth. Bring to boil, cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
3. 15 minutes until cooked add the crust pickled lemon, lemon juice and olives. When the tagine is ready, check the seasoning and transfer to a dish. Serve with couscous or rice.
