English soup kidney
Components:
0.5 kg beef kidney
2 l water
2 Art. l. flour

1 onion
3 Art. l. butter or margarine butter
1 lemon
salt, ground black pepper
chopped herbs, chili
Kidney cut along, cut the fat and films and soak in cold water for 2 - 3 hours. Then rinse under running water. Pour kidney water to boil again and rinse under cold water, cut into thin slices of kidney, breaded in flour and fry in butter until golden brown. Fried kidneys pour 2 liters of water and cook until tender, add salt and pepper soup and pour the lemon juice. Chili pepper cleaned of seeds and cut into half rings, finely chopped greens. Serve the soup with pepper, herbs and salty crackers.
