800 g beef kidney
2 head onions
1-2 pickles
pepper, salt
This is a very old Russian recipe.
Rinse and clean the kidneys of all superfluous, including bacon and slices cut.
Clear, medium-sized sliced cucumbers and onions.
Lay kidney pot of water, boil until half, put the onion and cucumber, cook until done, pepper and salt.
Before serving hookahs beef kidneys with sour cream.
