Beef stew with kidney
500 g beef kidney
300 g letcho
2 cloves of garlic
1 onions
1 bay leaves
4 Art. l. ghee
1 Art. l. wheat flour

Kidney wash, remove the membrane and fat, cut each in half, then soak it in water for 3-4 hours, changing the water several times. Pour the kidneys cold water, boil for half an hour, drain, then pour fresh water, salt, and cook for another 2 hours. Drain and cool the kidneys, cut them into strips.
Finely chop the onion, fry it on the part of the oil.
Fry in the remaining oil kidneys, pepper, add the flour, browned onions, letcho (with sauce), bay leaf, finely chopped garlic, simmer stew for 10-15 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle stew beef kidney herbs, garnish can be fried potatoes.
