Kidney fried
250 g kidney
1/2 teaspoon corn starch
1,5 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon soup greens
125 g celery
1/2 a handful of chopped green onions
a little brandy
1 the garlic cloves over the
salt
The kidneys remove fat and films, cut lengthwise, rinse well and cut into thin slices. The same slices chop the celery and onion and fry in hot vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Then push the vegetables to the side, kidneys roll in flour, add the crushed garlic and brandy and fry in the same kind of buds.
