Kidney in "uniform"

4 porcine kidney

4 onions

4 Slice sausage

4 slices of bacon

100 g margarine

4 tablespoons of tomato puree

Kidney wash, cut in half lengthwise, and remove a little beat off the ureters. With ready kidneys remove thread or toothpick, arrange on plates and pour the strained sauce formed during the quenching of the kidneys.
