Veal kidneys with rice
300 ml broth
250 g tomatoes
150 g onions
100 ml wine
50 g butter

The kidneys are well washed and cut.
Clear, finely chop the onion, spassirovat it in butter, add to the kidneys, add flour, pour in the wine, stir and then boil down the mixture, then pour in the broth.
Tomatoes clean from the skin and seeds, cut into small pieces, put the rest of the ingredients over low heat boil until thick.
Fed veal kidneys with rice, which would be the best option for them garnish.
