Meat Solyanka in Russian with beef
100 g pickles
100 g sour cream
100 g beef
50-100 g vaccinii boiled
50-70 g kidney
50 g sausages
1 head onions
1/3 lemon

Peel the onions, chop, fry in butter, add tomato paste.
Cucumbers, peeled, cut into strips and lightly fry.
