Italian soup
What you need:
200 g squid rings
1 l fish soup
200 g peeled shrimp
200 g mussels
1 pcs. onion
1 pcs. carrot
1 pcs. parsley root
2 Garlic - cloves
1 pcs. sweet red pepper
2 Art. l. butter
3 Art. l. flour

0.25 h. l. chili powder
1 Parsley - beam
Salt - to taste
Carrots, parsley, onion and garlic to clean. Carrots cut into circles, onion - thin half-rings, garlic and parsley chop. Wash peppers, cut in half and remove the core. The flesh is cut into small slices. Fish broth pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the prepared vegetables, again boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
In a frying pan melt 2 tbsp. l. butter, quickly fry it, stirring constantly, flour and chili.
Put the flour mixture into the pot of soup, mix thoroughly. Leave to cook on low heat.
Prawns, mussels and squid rings rinse with warm water. Squid rings cut in half.
Add seafood in a pan, add salt to taste. Cook for 4 minutes.
Parsley wash, dry and chop. Add to the soup, stir and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 7 minutes.
