Vegetable pickle
3-4 pickles
the potato tuber
1 carrots
1 turnip
0,5 glass rice
parsley root
2 bulbs
leeks
3 Bay leaves
dill
a bunch of parsley
Wash the potatoes, cut into cubes and toss in a pan of boiling water. The carrot and chop the parsley and add to the pan, followed them and turnips, chopped straw. Greens leeks finely chopped and put in a pickle. White rod leek, cut into very thin rings and also put in the soup. Cucumbers, peeled and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Finely chop the cucumbers and put in pickle. Stalks spicy greens cut into pieces and put in a saucepan, remove from heat. Let stand, covered.
