Wash the potatoes, cut into cubes and toss in a pan of boiling water. The carrot and chop the parsley and add to the pan, followed them and turnips, chopped straw. Greens leeks finely chopped and put in a pickle. White rod leek, cut into very thin rings and also put in the soup. Cucumbers, peeled and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.
