Assorted fish soup
1 l water
700 g Assorted fish (cod, perch, tench, carp)
1 onion
1 beam with finely chopped parsley
1 garlic clove
2-3 tomatoes
a few leaves of basil
bay leaves
50 g vermicelli
salt
Fish boil in 1 liter of water, add salt, tomatoes, onion, parsley, garlic, basil, bay leaf and cook over moderate heat. Broth, again put on the fire, add the noodles, boil it until tender, cool under the lid closed. In tureen put the pieces of fish, pour soup.
