Soup "Old Pond"
Ingredients:
500-600 g turkey legs
150 g onion
100-200 g carrot
120 g rice
300 g cabbage
50 g nettle
1-2 Garlic - cloves
4 pcs. boiled egg
100 g cucumbers
60 g vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Boil the broth from the chicken legs, strain, separate the flesh from the bones and chop finely.
Uncooked rice lightly fry in hot oil, add the shredded onion, grated on a coarse grater carrots and fry all together.
Shred cabbage, cook in the broth until soft, add finely chopped nettles, bring to a boil, put the rice with vegetables, salt, pepper and cook until tender.
Add the minced garlic and pulp turkey. Bring to a boil.
Ladle the soup on plates and place an "lilies" cucumber and boiled eggs.
