200 g pasta nests

1 medium eggplant

2 bell peppers

100 g vegetable oil

4 Art. l. grated hard cheese

3 cloves of garlic

Can be prepared in a side dish or as a separate dish:

1. Wash eggplant, remove the stem and cut into thin plates in length. Sprinkle with salt and sugar and leave for 20 minutes (remove bitterness). Wash peppers, cut in half, remove seeds, cut into thin strips.

2. Heat the pan with non-stick coating. Share on her plate of eggplant and pepper strips. Fry without oil on both sides.

3. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix with butter. Coat with a mixture of pieces of eggplant and peppers.

4. Boil pasta nests according to the instructions on the package. Wrap each slot with strips of pepper slices of eggplant. Put in a form, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 � C for 5 minutes.
