Caesar salad with tofu
8 cloves garlic, lightly toasted in olive oil
2 anchovy fillets
2 black olives, pitted
2 tablespoons Zelezarny mustard
450 g soft tofu
2 lemon
1 Cup olive oil
salt, black pepper
4 the young head of Romaine lettuce
In the food processor preroute roasted garlic, anchovies, olives, mustard. Add the juice of two lemons and tofu. Gradually, drop by drop enter into puree olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
The mixture pour the salad leaves, laid out on a flat plate. You can sprinkle dried cubes of French bread. To this salad and it's good chilled black tea with ice.
