Salad "festive"
1 Bank of canned pineapple chunks
1 Bank of canned mushrooms (or porcini)
1 pod of red pepper
200 g cooked chicken
200 g carbonate or lean ham
80 g seedless raisins
100 g walnut kernels
Salt to taste
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
1. Wash the peppers, cut off the tail, remove core with seeds. The flesh is cut into thin strips and put in a bowl. Mushrooms to get out of the jar, rinse from the marinade and cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl with pepper.
2. Pineapple (slices) to get out of the jar and put in a bowl with peppers and mushrooms. There also add diced ham, boiled chicken, steamed and washed raisins. Add salt to taste. Mix all, mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
