Spicy Carrot Salad
1 kg * Carrots
1 h. l. *. salt
2 * Bulbs
1 * Head of garlic
5 Art. l. * 4 -. vegetable oil
Salt, red chilli pepper, coriander
Carrot Grate, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Pour the fried onion with butter carrots, add squeezed garlic, pepper and chopped cilantro. Leave a salad in the refrigerator for an hour to present.
