Chanterelle salad with scallops
For this recipe you will need:
500 g scallops (peeled)
350 g Chanterelles
4 h. l. onion (finely chopped)
4 h. l. garlic (chopped)
20 g butter
Which oil to choose? we'll show
4 h. l. olive oil
50 g lettuce
1 Parsley - beam
salt, pepper - to taste
In a mixture of oil fry the onion, chanterelles, scallops, add the garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Put the dish in a circle (if'll spread each in a separate portion is desirable to use large plates) lettuce, sauteed scallops on top decomposed with chanterelles and decorate the dish on top of sliced parsley. Enjoy your meal.
