Noodle salad with mushrooms
For this recipe you will need:
100 g noodles (raw)
250 g mushrooms
1.5 Art. l. oil
2 h. l. seasoning for pizza
1 Art. l. vegetable broth (concentrate)
1 pcs. tomatoes
1 pcs. pepper (yellow bell)
1 pcs. pepperoni
For the sauce:
175 g clabber
1 garlic (optional) - clove
salt (herb) - to taste
6 pcs. black olives
basil - a few leaves
Boil noodles in lightly salted water for 12-15 minutes until tender. At this time, cut the mushrooms into thin slices. In a frying pan fry the mushrooms in butter over medium heat until until all the liquid has evaporated. To add mushrooms seasoning for pizza and soup, let cool.
Remove solid foundation in tomatoes, cut the flesh into cubes. We peppers (sweet and hot), remove the stems with seeds, cut the peppers into thin strips.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt with squeezed garlic press (optional) and salt all salt with herbs.
Sauce Mix all salad ingredients prepared to put olives on top and garnish with basil leaves.
