Salad Opposites

1 Bank canned food "Tuna salad in its own juice"

1 Bank canned corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show

1 large, peeled Apple

2-3 tablespoons grated hard cheese

juice of half a lemon

2 tbsp. mayonnaise (can be replaced with natural yoghurt)

50 g �peeled peanuts

salt, pepper, parsley

Cut the Apple into cubes, peanuts little chop with a knife (not leading to a condition of peanut butter

Mix Apple cubes, corn, tuna.

Sprinkle with lemon juice, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, stir gently.
