Asian cabbage salad
1.3 kg cabbage
1 glass rice vinegar
1/2 glass coriander ()
2 Art. l. sesame oil
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Cut the cabbage into strips. Then separately prepare the sauce: rice vinegar mix with cilantro, oil, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and stir. About an hour or three pickle cabbage, stirring occasionally. Before you apply for a table, prepare the dish cilantro. Bon Appetite!
